Business as Not so Usual @ Chanele Rose

With everything that is happening in the world right now I just thought it was important to drop a little note on here..

Not another COVID-19 message.. I get it!

We want this all to be over and ASAP like the rest of you.

Just to let you know as a business we are doing our utmost to ensure we are staying as safe as possible during this world wide pandemic we are facing right now.

We have disinfected and will continue to clean our studio space regularly including equipment/props & work space door handles etc

We will be monitoring our staff and ensure they won't be working if unwell & all staff will be using sanitiser

before work and during set up jobs and in studio.

Our Health & safety as well as our clients well being is our utmost priority!

The government has enforced cancellations of all events over 500 however all smaller functions

are still business as usual for now

Perhaps it is time to :

-consider online consultations & skype calls to view props & discussing styling options.

-consider a smaller at home events rather than cancelling all together

-consider providing hand sanitizer rather than favours at your event

-consider using suppliers who are reputable and check their cleanliness & procedures

Here are some highly recommended suggestions to consider for now-

-You will need to give a minimum of two weeks notice to cancel your bookings otherwise

Payment of flowers cannot be refunded whatsoever.

-It may be best to Postpone your wedding for at least the next 6-12 Months time

-Ask your venues and suppliers for possible Mid week availability as weekends may not be an option

-Remeber your suppliers are suffering right now too so if you can please make payment

toward your wedding so that they too can survive through this too!

-Deposits are not refundable so try your best to work with your current vendors to secure new dates asap.

We feel that during this time of uncertainly it is only fair that we work wit our couples to make this as seamless as possible

We do understand!

Who would have ever predicted this???

So here goes -

Our New Cancellation/ changes policy to paid deposits of all future events affected by COVID-19

All paid deposits can be held & transferred to a new date subject to availability

We will be reviewing this case by case as this really is all unchartered territory for us right now.

We really do appreciate if you can bare with us during this difficult time as a small business we have been

also been severely impacted by this pandemic.

To our upcoming Couples- We want you to rest assured that we do have your back!

And we will work with you to make this happen.. Please #DontCancelLove
